Industrial piercing

 Your bumps are probably from laying on it, to be honest. Industrial piercings can take a long time in some cases to heal, so try to not sleep on it even though I to this still have that problem :). I got my bar put in two separate gauges for a while and it helped it to heal, that's what I would suggest. Keep taking care of it though and ask your piercer, or maybe a different one if you feel like they did something wrong the first time. 

Good luck sweetie, but it's going to be okay. If worse comes to worse you can always take it out with little to no scarring, and then get it re-done if you love yours like I love mine haha :)
