the industry demand for animators in toronto and vancouver?

If you're talking about film animation, you should call Sheridan College.  They have a world class animation school where Pixar and Disney always come knocking.  A lot of childrens animated shows are made here in Toronto or in Montreal.  Nelvana or Cinar are two of the most famous companies.

Both are good IT & graphic design markets!  Both produce internationally, and locally to Canada.  Go for lifestyle!
