Ineed a new blade my got broken

While my wife was useing the ultimate chopper and suddeny the blade holder open up in pieces what I saw that the part is not complety one piece is two separate pieces.It should be one whole piece to avoid a accident. make a change soon. Thank for your atention. Luis
