Ineed a training programme?

we've just bought some boxing gloves, a punchbag, ab pro king and skipping ropes and we need a programme to work with any ideas guys?

  1. work up to the classic "boxer's circuit" 3-3 min rounds of shadow boxing, 3-3min rounds of the bag, 3 3min rounds of skipping, finish off with your ab work, push ups etc 2 or 3 times a week after your workout get out and run some sprints  if you have no exp its best to start with one or two min rounds with a minute rest eventually working up to the full 3 minutes with a 30 second rest  I would start this on a 3 day a week schedule IE mon-wed-fri or tue-thurs-sat then you can build upon that as your body and you see fit I can't say enough how important it is to start SLOW and ENJOY the workout. as its somthing you can do for many years to come!


  2. go to a boxing gym and take what you learn there and practice at home.
