Ineed help on my env2?

it isn't charging like unless i hold the charger in a certain spot. is there anyway i can fix this. wow please help me

I had this same exact problem with my Env2 aboud a week ago. What I did is that I took my phone and the charger to a verizon store and I told them that it wouldn't charge. They tried to charge it with my charger and a new charger that they got from the back. Neither charger would charge my phone. They told me that the charging port on the phone was not installed correctly so the replaced my phone for FREE!!!

So take your phone back to the store, tell them whats wrong with it, and they will replaced your phone for FREE!!!
