ikea do really good ones some cheap and some more expensive but ur sure to find what ur looking for there, best to visit the store though, more to choose from.

12 x 13 is an odd size, im not sure many people would be having something like that in stock..

however, custom handmade rugs can be acquired real cheap these days...im sure u can get one made if you find a manufacturer in India, pakistan , nepal, iran...

if your in orlando i could help you . other wise , go to a carpet store that has rolls buy a 12x20 and have it bound , look to see if they have Remenants
