Inexpensive wedding dresses in Las Vegas?

My best friend is already married, so she doesn't want to spend a whole lot on the formal wedding (she only did the civil ceremony the first time around). Our first stop will be David's Bridal $99 rack, but can anyone suggest anything beyond department stores?

Try thrift stores. You also have much higher odds of finding ones which aren't strapless there.
