I am looking for an inexpensive venue for a reception only. My budget is around $1000-2000 and I will be having around 100-120 people. I have a caterer. Thus, they must allowed outside caterters. Any suggestions?

Someone even told me about landscape company renting out their showrooms. No luck :(

Thanks :)

  1. Emerald Room in Phoenix says "outside caterers"

    how about - http://www.pulaskiclubaz.org/

also check on VFW and Knights of Columbus halls - they should have rentals - my uncle was a Knight in north Phonix and they had a nice Hall there off Bell Road - it should be available for rent - I remember going to their New Year's party with him some years ago before he passed away.  Good luck!

  2. The ladies on the local boards at http://talk.theknot.com are very helpful with finding venues. You may also want to check out www.myphoenixwedding.com . Boojum Tree is fairly inexpensive and they allow outside caterers but you are required to use their preferred vendors.

  3. Desert Botanical Garden.
