Infant car seat designed for small trucks?

Question

Do you know of any infant car seats designed for smaller trucks? I'm not sure what my brother drives... it's a small chev. Are there any companies that make a seat specific for this kind of vehicle?

It has an airbag, so the front seat isn't an option. There is a back seat as the truck is a four door. I'm just wondering if there is a smaller profile seat available.

Not that I know of, my brother had this same problem with his mustang and had to trade it in.... Once they are forward facing it works much better, but that isn't until age one AND 20 lbs

Good luck on that one, we searched high and low!  One option is to try it without the base, many are designed for use with or without.... but it doesn't make a huge difference, maybe an inch or two.
