  1. swallowing drool won't make him sick. teething will though,he may have a fever, diarreah, vomiting or even ear infections...you have to pick and choose carefully what you believe from grandmothers because they believe strongly in 'old wives tales'!

  2. It is his saliva, just like if we swallow ours it causes no harm.

  3. LOL, the reason it hasn't put him in the hospital is because it isn't true. Often time children who are teething will have very low grade fevers or diarhea, but they will not end up in the hospital from swallowing saliva :)

  4. not true..but can cause loose stools

  5. What the heck are you talking about?  Have you been hurt (or has he since he's 6 months now,) from swallowing your own drool??  No.  Simply ludicrous!!

Babies drool more when they are teething, its just a fact and is very normal.

  6. It's ok!  Same as when you swallow your spit, and you're fine.

  7. OMG....wow not I have heard it all....then this world would be a human-less world....I have 4 sons and 10 grand kids who survived on swallowing there drool.....wow nice one thanks for the good laugh....grandma  is only being concerned for your baby but relax he will not die if he swallows drool.

  8. not true what so ever

  9. no this isn't true ive had 3 children and none of them have come to any harm swallowing there drool

they simply produce more when teething

  10. WOW that is a way out there wise tail.  Not true dear

  11. that is totally just a supertitious belief.

  12. not true at worse his stool might bw looser, nothing else.
