Infantas Cristina and Elena?

Just for clearification, Spain's Princess Cristina is the Duchess of Palma and her hermana, Elena is the duchess of Lugo ,correct? Where exactly is Lugo in Spain? Their children, though they have no official royal titles, are in the line of sucession for the throne, correct?

first off your absolutely correct on the Elena and Cristina. Lugo is in Galicia, spain.... the northwesten most part.

The children of Cristina and Elena's brother, Philipe, are in line for the spanish throne.

While I am not very familiar with Continental European titles, I do know that sometimes titles are given that do not corrspond to actual land.  That is, a titled peer (or peeress) may of course own land but it may not necessarily be called Palma or Lugo to match the title.

And if their children are legitmate grandchildren of the current monarch, then they are in line for the succession, despite lacking a title.
