Infected cut from punching in face?

my friend corey, yesterday pulled my pants down in front of a bunch of people so i turned around and punched him in the mouth.

his mouth was bleeding and he had braces so i have 3 cuts the shape of braces on my hand.

now the cuts are infected and a little bit swollen.

is it no big deal if i wash it alot or should i tell my parents?

Wash it at least twice a day and keep neosporin (antibacterial cream) on it. If you have any Epsom salts, soak your hand in warm water with Epsom salts twice a day.

If you don't see any improvement within 2-3 days, then you need to tell your parents and go to the doctor as you may need antibiotics.
