Infected tongue after biting it a couple of days ago. I am 15 weeks pregnant.?

I bit my tongue a couple of days ago and now I have a white/yellow sore on my tongue that is very sore. I am having trouble eating, drinking and even talking as a result of it. I want to do something to help it heal but don't know what to use as I don't want to hurt the baby. Any suggestions?

dont go to dentist go to your doctor he/she should give you a medicine for it

Go to the dentist, or at least call the dentist's office to ask what you can do about it.

there are direction on the bottles of peroxide on how to swish with it. it should help rid of the infectious material. that is about the only thing that i can suggest.
