Infenction or hiv? help?

my sister in law used a public bathroom when goin to the beach to change from her wet clothes and she says the bathroom was soo dirty that there was pee everywhere .she scared dat when gettin changed dat she may have dirtied her underwear jus alil bit from that pee and dat she mite get hiv or an infection. so is it possible to catch something

she can't get hiv like that.

As far as I know, HIV is only passed through s***n, vaginal secretions, and blood--not urine.
