Inflatable punching bags, are they good enough for adults?

I'm looking to buy one, but I'm wondering if they're only for very light users and kids..? Thanks

i seriously don't think they're good for adults. hanging bags are much better.

Not very good.

My brother used to have one. When you punch it, because it's so light, it flings back making it hard for you to do your next punch. Either that or it will fall over.

The only good thing about them are they improve your reflexes from having to dodge before the bag hits you in the face !

Hanging bags are the best.
