  1. pretty much every nation has some degree of inflation.  It depends on the country's monetary policy.  Large industrial countries tend to have inflation below 5%, but developing countries usually have much higher inflation, like above 10%.  Japan is an exception though.  From 1999 to 2004, they had deflation.


  2. Yea it is . Some being more affected then others .

  3. Most central banks are creating paper money faster than real economic growth -- e.g. inflating the currency. The rate at which they are doing so varies. There are actually some decent reasons why you would want to have a small bit of inflation of your currency. There are also some reasons why a small bit of alcohol is good for your health. You'll notice, analogously, that many people are tempted to get drunk, too.

  5. Pretty much. The earth is burning up to an empty shell, so it's not like anything is gonna get better.
