Info about Restos Du Coeur in France?

Question

I have to research Restos Du Coeur, but there's some things I'm unsure about. Are they physical locations that people go to, and are they buildings or shelters? Also, when do they operate, it's only in winter I think, but I'd like something more accurate than that.

they were create by coluche. they are restaurants but for homeless people. they are not financed by the government and the creator fought against the state to encourage the people to send them money to support the restaurant. if u give money for this charuty you pay less taxes. you can also work there as a volunteer. french celebrities, they can be in sports, movies, singers whatever, all sing together around chrismas a all the money they collect help the restaurant to buy food for the homeless. the songs are quite good actually.
