Info. about working on a cruise ship??

Hello I am very interested in working on a cruise ship in the near future. I really want to work on Royal Caribbean and have been on their ships before. I want to work with the Adventure Ocean youth facilities. Anyone out here work there or with Royal Caribbean? Is this a good job? I would also like any information on cruise shipe life. Another question is would I be allowed to have Sunday mornings off for my own little church service or would I be allowed in the guests' church area? Any info on any of this would be extremly helpful. I would like people from RCI to help but any other youth staff people from any other cruise lines are welcome to answer too. Thank you very much
