Info bout river dolphins in india in the ganges....... are they endangered ????????????

  1. yes as har as i think so they are endangered species. The gevornment must stop all the wastage to be dumped into the waters of the ganges and stop so much poplation to settle in those areas or can also recycle the sewrage before dumping it inside. It wont be cheap but if they want  to save those species they have to take these steps.


  2. The World Wildlife Fund (see second link below) is engaged in several programs to help the dolphin recover thorough the Ganges River Delta area.  This includes local efforts to help villages and fisherman realize the value of the dolphin.
