Info from date of birth?

Question

I am looking for 1 or more websites where I can find out info about the day and year my son was born. I have the famous people born the same day, but I was looking for the top songs of the year, or top tv shows and movies, average prices of milk and gas for the year. I use to get that stuff off dmarie.com, but they are only updates through 2002. Any help would be great!!

The website Wikipedia is pretty useful for this type of thing.

As an example, if your son was born last year you could type 2007 in the search box (which is on the left hand side of the page) and from the resulting page you can search by topic for that year.

So, after typing 2007, i get the following link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007

Then from the right hand side under the heading 2007 by topic I click on 'Music' and get the following page:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007_in_mus...

And in the contents of this page, I can view the best selling singles, albums, etc.
