Info on Gregory Mays former FAA trainer Palm Coast, FL?

Gregory Mays was sentenced to prison in the 1980s because of controversial training practices for the agency. FAA employees who were trained by Mr. Mays were eligible for a some sort of cash award for emotional damages, but the entire case has seemed to dissappeared. I am looking for as much info as I can find.
