Edit: No no no no no, BELIEVE ME, pigtails would NOT look silly on you.  I usually use fabric-covered hair bands for my girls with shorter hair, but for those who have it that long and thick, I use the bands with the beads on them, so they can be wrapped around the hair without needing to pass the hair through the loops each time.  That will prevent tangling.  You can ask your daddy to help you.  He should also choose the clothes he wants you to wear.  Remember, everything you do is to make your daddy happy, so don't be naughty or else he'll need to put you over his knee and give you a good spanking.
