i recently bought a car and got pulled over and cops found a bag of meth they charged me with poss of controlled sub and paraph this is in arkansas is it prison time any info thanx

Possession of drug paraphernalia is a class C felony (5-64-403) which carries a penalty of "not less than three (3) years nor more than ten (10) years" (5-4-401).  If the amount in the bag was >28g, then it's possession with intent to deliver and you are "guilty of a felony and shall be imprisoned for not less than ten (10) years nor more than forty (40) years, or life, and shall be fined an amount not exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)." (5-64-401).

Better get a lawyer.
