Info on mysterious king trumpet?

Question

I just bought a trumpet from a peer (no I won't say for how much) and was wondering what I could find out about it. It's labeled a King 1500, is silver/nickel (plated maybe?), has a thumb trigger, but a s***w on 3rd valve trigger. Serial number 794xxx. Got anything?
