The Odessy had a lot of snazzy places, you can check it out at http://www.odysseypavilion.com/  Limelight is a really fun place too, it's right in the city centre.  It has a young studenty crowd though.  The Odyssey is your best bet, it may be lacking in atmosphere but it is safe, which no matter what people say is still a bit of a concern in Belfast.
