  1. Well, I have about 250 of them... Mostly old ones, from 1967-1976.  The bulk of my collection consists of Evinrude and Johnson Snowmobiles. I do however have some other makes, as well. I have one 1967 Ski-Doo Olyimpque, and a   1971 Ski-Doo Alpine... This machine has two tracks, and one ski in front. The Alpine was used mostly at the ski resorts to transport injured people off the slopes. Evinrude was made in Wisconsin, while Johnson was made in Illnois. They are basically the same machines, except for different colors. Evinrude's were usually blue and white, while Johnson's were kind of a seafoam green, in color. They both had options like wide track, electric start,reverse,speedometer,tachometer,cig... lighter. Beginning in 1968, both machines had a plastic gas tank... They were both orange in color. Then in 1969, both went to a steel tank. And, they were that way, till about 1972, when they went back to the plastic tank, again. They were this way, till the end... In 1976. Evinrude had several models... Skeeter, Bobcat,Noresman, Quiet Flite, RC-35, RC-45, RC-50. The RC stands for rotorary combustion. The first machines had what was called a opposed twin engine. The middle years had what was called alternite firing engine. The RC came in, at middle to late 1973.. With the last year being 1976, these machines aren't too easy to find parts for. If you can, you pay big time for them. I have seen a track go for $500. That is what got me thinking, I should br trying to find my own parts machines. I did... I have about fifty parts machines. The most I've paid for a parts machine, is $75.00, for two of them. What got me started on them, was that my dad had bought a brand new Evinrude Skeeter, in 1968. When  I was little, I drove it all the time. I did eventually end up with it. But, the first machine I bought was a 1968 Johnson Skee-Horse. Now, this was one of the models that Johnson had, along with...Challenger,Golden Ghost, Phantom. The Challenger had a single cylinder JLO engine in it, unlike the others, with their twin cylinders. At any rate, I still have the 1968 Skeeter, and, the 1968 Skee-Horse, today, along with many more.
