  1. Hot is relative, its hotter than say North Dakota, but not quite as hot as say the surface of the sun (Wait til you spend a summer at Ellis Park)  and for the record KY is not a state it is a commonwealth (one of 4 in the country)

  2. Its a great state if you are looking forward to training horses, boarding them etc. The weather here is quite odd at times, in the summer its about 95 at the most usually. In the winter it gets cold but nothing like negatives. We get snow here and there in the winter but nothing more then maybe a few inches.

The major cities are Louisville, Lexington, Owensburow, and Bowling Green. Louisville is nice but not so much of a farming area, Lexington would be the way to go on that one. There is plenty to do here, and all in all I would recommend you coming to visit before you move. It would more then likely be the right thing to do.

If you have anymore questions just repost and I will try to help you out

  3. it is not that hot its warm maybe 90 to 95 in the summer but not that hot everyday
