stena line London Euston to Dun Laoghaire £54.00 per person return ticket, then you would have to get the bus from Dublin to Belfast. 0870 455 455

Irish ferries London Euston to Dublin ferryport £32.00 per person return, again you would have to get the bus from Dublin to Belfast.

Or you could try www.sailrail.co.uk you would have to check out the times but i made it about £80.00 return per person to Belfast port.
