Informal wedding dress?

my parents are getting their vows renewed, and my mom cant find a good dress. like short-informal. and it can b any color. i dont think she would prefer green or brown, unless its really pretty, lol. she would also b good with a suit-ish outfit, lol, like wht anna's mom wore in freaky Friday for her wedding. thanks for any good answers. :]

Honestly I'm looking for the same thing.  One thing I am thinking about doing is getting a bridesmaid dress in white.  Most places have them.  I found one I liked at Davids Bridal (online).  I am just going to order it in my sizr in white and add to it if I want.

look at mother of the bride dresses, also some women formal dress sections have some great dresses similar to prom dresses.
