Information about a piece of art?

typically in art books, when they`re featuring a work of art, somewhere they have information about the piece.

such as : the title, artist, medium, etc.

does anyone know ALL the information typically used in textbooks? (title ; artist ; medium ; _____ ; ____ ...)

please be specific.

Looks like the only thing you are missing is "size," although textbooks may vary.

"Pencil" is fine. You could say "felt-tip markers." Don't bother trying to be fancy. These are tools of the trade and they are what they are!
