Information about microwave leakage

Question

My Sanyo ShowerWave EM-S728 microwave is quite old.1. Do microwaves leak when they are turned off at the power point (effectively not plugged in) ?2. Do microwaves leak when they are turned on at the power point but not in use?3. Is there a simple way I can test my microwave to see if there is any leakage?
