  1. i think you should get it if you want it. basically just keep it clean and you can do anything.

im american so all i know is how they do it here.

  2. Haii,,

It doesn't hurt when you get it done , but that depends on your age , I am thirteen and it didn't hurt a bit, the older you get the more pain full it is. You can't take your own bar in , I tried , the one they use makes it heal faster. I also wouldn't recommendd taking it out within 6-8 weeks , because if you do it will get infected and gunge comes out --- not nice .You can swim with it but you will have to buy waterproof plasters to put over it. Also to clean it you get warm water and mix in a bit of salt -- not too much , and clean around it.

    Hope this helps xx

  3. It might be cheaper if you provide your own bar, although they may not let you, it is always best to ask. If you are gonna use your own bar, titanium is best.

You will be able to swim. I'd say give it two weeks, then if you do swim clean it afterward.

The bottom shouldn't cost more, although it may vary so your best to ask your piercer.

You have to keep it in for 4 months, although personally I wouldn't touch for a 8 months to a year.

They may or may not freeze it. The pain is over in seconds its not really necessary.

I love navel piercings and piercings in general =) whatever size you are.

  4. they will tell you after care. i would really advise the top doing. i tried having my bottom bit doing ( when i already had the top done ) and it hurt alot at the bottom, more than top, even with numbing done. it also went funny, i don't know if that is because i didn't clean it properly or what but i would still advise the top. but it is up to you

  5. Heya,

Its the same price for the bottom or top:D

Normally piercers only pierce with their own bars, so that they know they are decent pieces of jewelry.

I have mine done and i think its a great idea:D

You would be able to swim pretty soon, i mean, i swam after about 3 days.

I was told to keep mine in for 2 months,

Sometimes they freeze it, sometimes they don't, i mean mine was done with an ice cold anti-septic wipe, but to be honest it isnt painful anyway,

i don't advise you to put deep heat on it as that is for muscle pains and not to be put on broken skin- it might cause stinging, you should do something like savlon.:D

When you get it done don't keep playing with it, dont lay on your belly for a while, and down wear netted tops. Always keep up the cleaning twice a day-its worth it:D

i am a size 12, anybody any size can have a belly piercing, i see it as body-decoration that anyone can have:D

good luck with any future career :D
