Information on a specific file in my documents?

Question

I want to know if someone had access to a certain file in my documents, how do I find out? ( Don't say ask them duh) I have windowsXP. The file is a .wpd

go to start,then go to my recent documents..try to check there,if someone had access your file,the file will be played there...
