  1. Check out habitat conservation plans.  They are, I believe, very promising in protecting endangered species, since they protect the habitat that supports not only the endangered species but other species in designated areas.


  2. The Government of India has established a number National Parks and Bio Reserves with the objective of trying to prevent these endangered animals from completely disappearing from the Earth's surface due to the disruption of their natural habitats.
