Information on circuit city return policy?

i bought open box computer april 3rd i am not satisfied and woul like to return it. i payed 1280 cash for it can i get a refund of cash or does it have to be credit and also does it have to be returned to the store location i bought it or any circuit city in Illinois?

Take it back..... have receipt ready. Store number should be on receipt. Call them....ask about return policy..... if you feel the need go to http://www.circuitcity.com and look for "returns" llink.

If you're not completely satisfied with a product, Circuit City will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted below.

Return guidelines

Digital cameras, camcorders, desktop PCs, notebook PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, projectors, PDAs, mobile video, GPS and radar detectors must be returned within 14 days of the sale date, and (except where prohibited by law) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box
