Information on how to research Indian Rolls?

Question

My Gr. Grandmother hid the fact she was full blooded Indian. We know she was in Kentucky in a tribe till she married my grandfather. I believe I remember her telling me she was Arapahoe. Can anyone give me info on how to research the rolls, preferably on the internet. Or any other helpful information. Thank You!
