  1. Hi ya

My horse, a grey arab gelding was actually used by Monty last year for two of his demos - spooky horse and unloadable horse, Kairo was quite the star of the show and even Monty said he rarely uses the same horse for two demos.

The demo was in November at the Addington Equestrian Centre, Bucks.

He was fantastic - especially as i know the hose inside out and know what a handful he can be to try to load (i have never managed to get him in a horsebox, just a trailer after 30mins-1 hour of trying) and Monty managed it, although he did use massive fencing panels to 'box the horse' in so Kairo could only go one direction - up the ramp.

He was also great with the spooky horse section - getting Kairo to eventually trot and canter over the blue tarpauling which had previously frightened kairo so much.

if you can go to it its worth it - i think that it lasts for around 2.5-3 hours with a break inbetween, also if you are a natural horsemanship member, you get to go into the demo earlier than normal people

  2. hi they go for a couple of hours and he does a pretty good show we were actullay ging to supply ah orse for one of his shows he shows you lots of horse man ship ideas and problemed horse how to fix the problems great show if you have the money its worth it leah

  3. sorry, but i am not a fan.  i have seen a tv program but was not impressed by what i saw..  you didn't see him get a bridle on this so called wild mustang he 'broke' in the middle of a prairie.  a lot of things you don't see.  perhaps buy his books and videos to watch.  i would also suggest that you also watch parrelli and klaus ferdinand hempfling.   ( on the internet on country channel, equestrian for free).  then compare the three.

have fun, we are always learning.
