Information on myocarditis.?

last september i had a viral infection,which i have never quite recovered from.i have now found out i have two strains of coxsackie a viruses.i am having chest pains which can be quite sharp and this feeling of my heart dropping which happens mostly at night.my chest pains seem to be getting worse.i've had an ecg done today how much can that tell me.THANK YOU.
