Information on notary public?

How can I find out information on people who are notary public. Such as duties, dos, and donts, Classes. Here in AZ no classes or anything is needed to become notary but I want information before I am notary soI dont get in troublee with law. Hope I made sense.

What you can do is contact your local county and ask them what to do if you were to leave the state they would I'd say be able to recieve more info.. best of luck!
