A month ago i went to a website that gave me birth dates, death dates, social security numbers on my family members. It was free but I can't find it now and don't remember how I went to it.

There are many forms of this database on the internet, but since you say that SSNs are given, I'm pretty sure you found the Social Security Death Index. It's the only place on the internet where it's kosher to post a SSN. If you post it on a living person, you get in serious trouble and leave them open to identity theft.
