  2. history is the correct term ( it can be cleared easily). Cookies are simply small 'programs'  designed to make it much quicker to reuse that site again rather than tapping in search criteria etc.

  7. 1 Browsing history which you can access by  by holding down crtl+shift+I or click on tools on Internet explorer bar scroll down to toolbar and click on History which will populate all your activities for about a week or more.
