Question:

Information subpoena?

I dealt business with a company & they did not follow by contract rules. I paid them in cash & after one day boom, they're gone & they wont pay up. I've taken them to court when i won my case by default & they still have yet to pay. I went to the court office to fill out paper work for information subpoenas to take to the local banks in the area of the company to find out which bank they deal with. Does the bank contact the company when they get an information subpoena like this or do they just go out quietly & answer the questions being asked on the subpoena? Thanks

  1. Yes, the bank does contact the company to get information subpoenas, if they went quietly, then they could possibly get sued in court for not letting them know about one of their clients.
