Infrared light/ filter for my camera?

if i was to remove my Infrared filter on my camera(to see more IR light) would that affect me camera???

Since IR light focuses at a slightly different point than RGB does, your images will look slightly out of focus.

If you look at any of your manually focusing lenses, you will notice that there is a red index mark that is used for "refocusing" IR light when using a IR filter with IR film.
