Infrastructural decay and national development?

how does infrastructural decay affects banks and how does national development as effect on banks

this is mindblowing. I am going to bed. I think banks are greedy and take money and use it for bad purposes and selfish investments at the cost of the saver leading to inf. decay. As for national development it makes them richer so they ought to share it but they dont so the rich get richer and the  poor get poorer. Now off to bed!!!

More infrastructure would harm the enviorment.  Better leave the bridges as are.  There are potential threats to insects and snakes.  Go Green!

it depends is the answer.

does the government put bids out to fix the infrastructural decay?  if so, the contractor would get financing from a commercial bank to finance the project.  Thus, infrastrucutre decay may improve the bottom lines of bank.

Because most people don't pay cash, national development would effect banks positively because the developers would get financing from the bank.
