Inglis/Whirlpool oven is

Question

Help! I have done something to mess up the controls for my electric oven, and whatever it was, I can't undo it. The panel indicates "controls locked," then flashes "LOC!" if I try to set the oven. I can't find my product guide, and don't think there's a model number
