No, it was Clara Rojas, Ingrid's campaign manager.

Clara Rojas, Betancourt's campaign manager when she was a Presidential candidate, is the one who had the baby in captivity.   She was kidnapped along with Betancourt in 2002 during the presidential campaign.  In January this year Rojas and her son Emmanuel were freed by the FARC.
