My grandfather is a very wealthy man in Korea. His net worth is around 50-60 million dollar at the least amount. Now that he's turning 80 soon, he wanted to start distributing his fortune to my father and two uncles. Is there a way to pay less than 50% of the inheritance for tax? I heard there is a way to lessen it down to 20-30%. But how?

  1. On $50-60 million being brought in to the country from outside, I dare say you could negotiate with the IRS to pay very little tax indeed, if any...that much money is enough it would have a net positive impact on the economy of whichever State you bring it into, since you will have to spend it... You can hardly put $50M in a savings account!
