The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 midfielder holds the opinion that the Blaugrana should not panic and make major changes to their squad after a disappointing European campaign.
It is the second season running that Spanish giants http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Barcelona-c39078 have endured a painful end to their season’s European aspirations.
Last time around, they stuttered at the final hurdle, having come so close to the finish line. This season depicted that the Catalans finished way too below the hopes associated by the people and disappointed many of the supporters who waved the Blaugrana flag high above the rest in the last four of the Champions League.
Last time around it was http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/John-Terry-c18895’s early sending off at Camp Nou.
This time around it was Bayern Munich of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 who swept aside the threat of the Catalans with considerable ease, battering them with a 7-0 aggregate defeat, an aggregate score-line which was never heard before at this stage of the prestigious European tournament.
Despite the apparent decline in the credibility of the once-considered-best-Barcelona, midfielder Andres Iniesta, who has endured all the recent pains, feels that the club should not rush in the transfer window to make major changes to the existing squad.
Iniesta believes that the Catalans have a lot of quality amongst their team and just need to do their business swiftly and calmly in the upcoming transfer market.
"When the players talk about needing changes, we are referring to things that would change the team for the better. Changes that are designed to help us," Iniesta was quoted as saying on the club's official website.

He added, "I’m sure the core of the team is capable of competing and winning. We shouldn’t go crazy with the changes next year."
Barcelona are almost set to re-conquer the Spanish La Liga title in the upcoming league game and that may become the Blaugrana’s only piece of silverware this term.
