The Barcelona midfielder has stated that there is no such thing as the perfect player and believes that every player has his weaknesses on which he can improve.
Barcelona star Andres Iniesta has stated that no player on the planet is perfect and each and every player has his own weaknesses.
The Blaugrana star also stated that every player has the potential to improve with time and perfection almost never exists in football.
The Spain international is regarded as one of the best players on the planet alongside Barcelona star Lionel Messi and Real Madrid ace Cristiano Ronaldo.
Iniesta was shortlisted into the top three contenders of the FIFA Ballon d’Or nominees and is seen as the favourite to land the prestigious honour.
FIFA Ballon d’Or is an officially recognised French award, which is given to the most successful player of the season.

Iniesta believed that players can always aspire for perfection and they come pretty close to it as well, but being one perfect player can never happen as there are always some weaknesses in every one.
"There isn't such thing as a perfect player. Everyone can improve and things can be done better. I rate myself as someone who enjoys the learning process and someone who tries to be better every year," Iniesta told BBC Sport.
"Perfection doesn't exist. There are players who are close, but it's almost impossible to be perfect. If that were the case, there wouldn't be evolution in football.”
"As you grow up you learn about things, and what really makes me happy is when I feel I've improved year after year, and I hope this feeling can go on and on."
The Ballon d’Or prize is due to be announced on the 7th of January, 2013.
