The Spanish midfielder has played under Josep Guardiola and is currently playing under Tito Vilanova and while speaking about his tactics, the Spaniard said that every coach is different even if they seem to be the same.
Andres Iniesta recently spoke about the Spanish coach, Tito Vilanova, who he believes is different from his former coach, Josep Guardiola.

When Guardiola left La Blaugrana, the management had to decide which coach they should pick in order to continue on the path of success and that is when they decided upon Tito Vilanova.
Even though Vilanova has the same mentality and the shape which the Catalan giants take is the same as it was under Josep Guardiola, Andres Iniesta believes that there still are quite a lot of differences as all the coaches are different from each other.
The Spaniard stated that there are different ways of communication between the coach and the players.
Moreover, Barcelona are currently being considered to be more direct as compared to before. The Spanish giants are more attacking and try to find the back of the net in a more direct way. However, Iniesta begs to differ as he believes that the team is exactly
the same as it was before.
While speaking about Tito Vilanova and how the team has not changed, Andres Iniesta said:
“Every Coach is different, [Tito Vilanova] has his own personality and way of communicating. I do not think that we are more direct than before because the team seems exactly the same.
Andres Iniesta also spoke about how the team is the same but it varies on the games how the players will perform and respond. The Spanish midfielder said:
“Every game is different and every game has doubts - win or lose - but how we do things is the same. The team will be the same now through to the end of the season. And the defensive theme, that will sway back from instability.”
While playing under Vilanova, Barcelona have won six of their seven games in La Liga and are still unbeaten and at the top of the Spanish La Liga alongside Atletico Madrid.
